As regulated health professionals, Chiropractors have been deemed an essential service. We remain open during the lockdown to serve you in a safe manner.

We will continue to implement the following policies to ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff:

  • Limited Appointments: Fewer appointments will be available due to additional time required to sanitize and ventilate treatment rooms. It will also minimize contact between patients in the building.

  • Waiting Room: In order to limit patient to patient contact, please adhere to your scheduled appointment time.

  • Physical Distancing: Signs are posted around the clinic to remind patients to practice physical distancing while in the building.

  • Patient Screening: All patients will be screened prior to their appointment via a mandatory survey sent by email. Please complete this short survey online before your visit. If necessary, those who do not use email will complete the survey in person. Your co-operation is greatly appreciated.

  • Hand Washing: Patients will be required to wash or sanitize their hands immediately upon entering the clinic.

  • PPE: Surgical/procedural masks will be worn at all times by all staff. We require that all patients wear a mask to their appointment. If you forget a mask, your first one will be provided free of charge. A plexiglass barrier has been installed at the front desk to protect patients and staff.

  • Increased Cleaning and Disinfection: Treatment rooms, tables, tools and commonly touched surfaces will be thoroughly disinfected prior to and following each patient visit.

  • Contactless Payment: Tap credit/debit cards and other contactless forms of payment, such as Apple Pay, are preferred. Cash will only be accepted if absolutely necessary.

  • Receipts and Statements: All receipts and statements will be sent digitally via email to limit contact. Paper copies can be provided upon request.

  • Essential Visitors Only: This includes a guardian for a child, if deemed necessary, or a caregiver if you require physical assistance.
